Why HelpYard exists
Cleaning operations have been invisible for too long.
Billions of dirhams spent on cleaning every year in the UAE. Almost none of it tracked, measured, or optimised. The people who keep our buildings clean are managed with tools from 2010 — WhatsApp groups, Excel spreadsheets, paper checklists. The industry employs hundreds of thousands of workers in the UAE alone, and runs on almost zero technology.
HelpYard is the operating system that changes that.
Built here, for here
We are not a generic software company that stumbled into cleaning. We understand the workforce: multilingual teams communicating through WhatsApp, supervisors managing properties they cannot physically visit every day, FM companies trying to prove their value to clients who never see the work happen.
We understand the environment: Ramadan staffing patterns, shamal dust events that change cleaning priorities overnight, humidity cycles that affect contamination in mission-critical facilities, and the specific demands of operating in the GCC.
HelpYard is built in the UAE, for the UAE — with the ambition to define how cleaning operations are managed across the region and beyond.
What we believe
When you give cleaning teams better tools, better data, and better visibility, everyone wins: the workers, the FM companies, the facility owners, and the people who use the buildings every day.
Our values
Operations-first. We build for the people running cleaning operations every day — not for boardroom presentations. If a supervisor cannot understand it in 30 seconds, we have not built it right.
Workforce-aware. Our platform is designed for the people doing the work. WhatsApp-native because that is where they are. Multilingual because the supervisor giving the order and the cleaner receiving it should both understand it perfectly. Mobile-first because they do not sit at desks.
UAE-built. Built by people who understand the GCC market — the regulatory environment, the climate, the workforce dynamics, the FM industry structure. This is not a foreign product adapted for the region. It is built here, for here.
