General
HelpYard is a cleaning operations OS built for FM companies in the UAE. It replaces WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and manual reporting with real-time dispatch, proof-of-work tracking, workforce management, and client dashboards — all in one platform.
Two audiences: FM companies that manage cleaning teams (the operations platform), and facility owners who want to find or monitor cleaning contractors (the marketplace and monitoring dashboards).
We handle the full setup — property configuration, zone mapping, and team onboarding. Most companies are fully operational within one week of their onboarding call.
No. The platform works without any hardware. Sensors are an optional upgrade for demand-based cleaning and environmental monitoring. When you are ready, HelpYard integrates with sensors from Tork, Milesight, SensMax, Monnit, Honeywell, and any device communicating via REST API, MQTT, LoRaWAN, or BACnet.
HelpYard is currently built for the UAE market — WhatsApp-native, Arabic-first, and designed around local FM operations. GCC expansion is planned. Contact us if you operate in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, or Qatar.

Implementation
Any smartphone with WhatsApp. Cleaners receive task assignments and submit photo proof via WhatsApp. Supervisors and managers use the web dashboard. No app download required for field staff.
Yes. HelpYard can run in parallel with your current tools during the transition. Many companies start with one property, prove the value, then migrate the rest of their operations.
Proof-of-work reports with timestamped photos, task completion reports by property/zone/staff, SLA compliance summaries, attendance and shift logs, and client-facing dashboards. All exportable.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. HelpYard runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with role-based access controls. We do not share your operational data with competitors or third parties.
Beta Program
Yes. Founding members get the full platform — every feature, every tool — at no cost during the beta period. No credit card required, no hidden fees, no feature gates.
We’ll give you at least 90 days notice before any paid plans begin. You’ll see the pricing, evaluate whether HelpYard is worth it for your operations, and decide whether to stay. No surprises.
Yes, always. No vendor lock-in. Your operational data belongs to you. You can export everything — task records, reports, photos, staff data — at any time, whether you stay or leave.
We’ll announce the timeline well in advance. The only guarantee: you’ll get a minimum of 90 days notice before any transition to paid plans. We want you to stay because the platform delivers value, not because you’re locked in.
Everything you need to go live: property and zone configuration, staff onboarding, dashboard setup, and training for supervisors and operations managers. We don’t leave until your team is running independently.
Yes. Add properties, add staff, adjust as your operations change. Seasonal adjustments are normal — we don’t penalize you for Ramadan staffing changes. During the beta, scaling is free.
For Facility Owners
Yes. Browsing verified FM company profiles, seeing their performance scores, and expressing interest is completely free. FM companies pay for the operations platform that generates the data — facility owners benefit from the transparency it creates.
Scores are computed from real operational data generated through the HelpYard platform: task completion rates, average response times, and client satisfaction ratings. These are verified metrics from actual cleaning operations — not self-reported claims or surveys.
Absolutely. Many facility owners add HelpYard as a requirement in FM procurement RFQs. When every contractor bidding on your properties uses the same platform, you get standardized performance data regardless of who wins the contract.
The Pro tier with real-time dashboards, SLA tracking, and multi-property benchmarking is currently in development and targeted for Q3 2026. Join our waitlist to be notified when it launches.
HelpYard is available across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Coverage within each emirate depends on which FM companies are active on the platform.
